You should understand that we cannot guarantee to find you a suitable property, nor can we guarantee that any property transaction will reach a successful conclusion.
We can however warrant that we will diligently and professionally carry out for you, to the best of our ability and with a duty of care, the work described in the service specification for the service that you have asked us to provide, to your complete satisfaction.
If you are in any way unhappy with the work that we have done, you should in the first instance contact our Quality Manager. If this does not resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction and we agree that we have failed our service specification, we will waive our fees and refund to you any monies paid. If we do not agree, we will at our cost submit to binding arbitration.
